"Run Down"
800m Run
10-1 Ladder
Deadlifts 155/105
Push ups
400m Run

After completing the run do 10 deadlifts,10 push ups,9 deadlifts,9 push ups...8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1...finish with 400m run.

Missing out on a few WODs with the OTG crew over the next few days cuz I'm on a mini-vacation down in Miami, baby!

Got up early this AM and hit up a WOD at a local affiliate down here... CrossFit A1A. Good times and great people! Coach Dan kept me inline much like Nick or Mark would. Took a bit to get moving at 6am while on vacation... But it was worth it!
