WOD: rx'd 25:35 (13:35 not including rest periods). Really liked this wod. Esp because it was a puky one!lol..Brandon witnessed that. Have a great day everyone and good job 930!!
What a workout!! I'd say the only thing that's worse than Fran is the aftermath. Sooo sore today!!
I did 13:45 on this one this morning rx. Split times were around the 2:40's. Tried not to vary too much. Had 13 second window of variation in there. Hoping the burpee challenge will help me with the burpees. Think that's where I really slowed down at points.

First time doing cleans in months... felt okay, a bit frustrating but I'll get 'em! At least I didn't "muscle" them! LOL!

Modified this for my wrist with 85 pound back squats and hollow rocks instead of burpees: 12:10 total

Stacey, definitely an appropriate name for this one today! :) Loved it in a sick way!
Knew this one was going to be awful, especially with the temperature, and it was quite awful.
Power cleans: 75lbs- wasn't heavy enough to struggle, so next time I'll go up.
Total time 13:31. I was proud of my results. The run was by far the most challenging.
Great job 6:30. You make working out much better :)
10:44. I sh*t the bed on the fourth round, but felt good otherwise.

I hear ya Jax... I was feelin sore walking in today. So impressed by the EHT crew today. Some all out great efforts given the heat and humidity! I'd also like to welcome the newcomers that attacked it today. Especially Lauren! Only WOD#2, and you hit it like a regular! Great job everyone!
