Down by the water...

ADV/Firebreather Lift
Back Squat
3-3-3

ADV/Firebreather WOD
"Execution"
4 Rounds-(2 min each round, rest 1 min between rounds)
5 Pull Ups
10 KB swings 1.5/1 pood
15 Sit Ups

For the remaining time left in each round do as many Box Jumps (24/20 inch) as possible, . The number of box jumps you do is your score.

great class 9:30 W'town! 85 box jumps, really good wod. You know its gonna be tough when pull ups and kb's are in there just to make you tired.

nate went bad. couldnt make it through 2nd round. so i salvaged workout with benching and box jumps. 44 inch jump was a pr so i left feeling happy. had no energy 2day

Lift 225 / 245. skipped last set, legs were strong but back felt a little iffy so wanted to be smart.

84 on the wod...went 24,21,20,19...a little slow but pretty steady...enjoyed this one
