OMG, saw today's wod and wanted to bail!! Last night me and Chris hit the bench press(wendler) and did Friday's wod with all those damn lunges and pullups. I'm already hurting! WOD: 80 lbs 15/11-15/10-15/7-13/6-12/6 total:70/40
