So looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow morning for Murph! Can't wait.....
Today I decided to do open gym. Did some research and started the Wendler lifting program and did the press 3 sets of 5 at 55-65-75 and deadlifts 170-195-220. Afterwards I did FranSumoAnnie finished time 22:48, purple band for ring dips. Took me a while, my double unders were so off today.
I am so upset I'll be missing Murph this year....not only am I missing a good time with everyone but I would have RX'd it this year. If for some reason I get cancelled from work, I will def be there!! Have a great time everyone!!!Have a couple drinks for me:)

16:33.. Stuck with the blue band but rethinking tomorrow. Saved my legs by not doing the squat cash out but Justin and Jen C helped me with handstand holds. Haven't done a handstand since the 5th grade when I did gymnastics for a week. Gotta kick the thought out of my head of falling on my c spine. :) guess I got to get stronger! Thanks guys.
But hopefully I won't talk myself out of murph during my shift overnight tonight. It's going to be a long shift thinking about it. Trying to bail out a little early to start with everyone.

WOD: RX'd 14:40-ish after I backed out about 51 seconds for the extra 100ft walking lunge I did...DUH! Felt like a hamster on a wheel and just kept going...LOL :)
Gotta work a bit in the morning. But, really looking forward to coming up in time to see the aftermath of Murph and hanging out!
A BIG HELLO to everyone! Working from home today I was able to visit Nick for the noon session. Rx'd in 20:50. My kipping on PU's sucks and costs me double the time & energy. Nick, thanks for the coaching on that. One step at a time. I'm sorry I missed anyone else but this was the only time my schedule would allow. Hopefully I will get to see some of you soon. Until then my best to all.

didn't want to do 81 pulups today and 100 tomorrow so Joey O was kind enough to let he do ring rows w/my feet on a 20" box instead of pull ups... a lot harder then I thought!
