Felt like I could have pushed harder. Didn't feel loose until the second set of sq snatch. Fun workout though!

could be one of the most humbling WODS ever. don't really have a time to post but lets just say everyone else had to leave for work at the 630am class and I still had a lot of work to do on the WOD

first time blogger. muscle ups 9-7-5-no failed attempts. squat snatch 65#. did 15-10-5 on snatches. i need work on this but the lbs will come. trust me! thanks 4 the workout justin. wod 10:55

Fb: 6:02. increased my weight by 10lbs on the OH squat snatch. Muscle ups.(Modified) felt pretty good. The cash out was a great finish. Great job 9:30 Williamstown!
