Lift: 100...shared a bar w/ Jen to start and note to all: that doesn't work w/ the time factor. But it was fun anyways.

Lift: 90...Rushed and failed the 95. Had my own bar. Adding plates takes a little time away from setting up/getting ready to get into the lift.

Then I let Moscola talk me into one of his marathons. 4 Rounds: 400 meters, 10 T2B, 20 GTO (45lb dbs - cut to 15 last two rounds), 30 double unders. Little over zealous on the GTO. 26 and change. Still a fun time.

Good times with some of the new guys in EHT @ 6:30p tonight. Had a ball pulling that C2 fast and hard... felt rowed kill afterwards! LOL!!!

Lift: 160, 165(F)... but Nick informed me I was supposed to have gone up by 10's... my bad :P

that WOD was totally your idea Kevin, the only thing I recommended was the double unders (shocker), those dumbbells suck. anyone going up to regionals shoud get practicing with them a bit. finished that wod in 29 and change i think
lift 195, failed twice on 205...next time for sure
