Not sad about missing this one today. Yesterday's WOD (a.k.a. my driveway and my 2 neighbor's driveways) has caused my body to ache in places it hasn't for quite some time.

Eric, young people need rest too. I am taking off today and tomorrow as well for some rest....and I am also using an ice pack everyday. Looking forward to Sunday, but I am sooo scared of WOD 1. aahh!

Sunday's Event will be at Crossfit Tribe

The Event starts at 2pm

We will be meeting at Wtown at NOON to carpool up to Tribe. If you want to be a part of the carpool please be there by noon as we want to leave by 12:30 to give enough time to get there and be ready

Paleo maybe the single best thing I have ever done.

I know you maybe thinking that there is no way I could be more awesome. I used to think the SAME thing, until I tried Paleo.
