Just want to take a minute and thank Nick today for putting the Team through a workout, just another example on why I will support this gym for years to come. (I know Joe I don't have many left)

Lift: 185,215,235 (10lb. PR) Felt like I could have gone a bit heavier on the last set. Awesome stuff.

Wod: total of 253; 120 sit-ups, 90 KB's (2pood), & 59 Cal. I did it in that order because there were only two, 2 pooders. Felt like I had a bit of an advantage not having to swing the kb's after the row. Great workout despite!

Awesome job Kim, Rob, and Bob 3:30 style!!

Lift: 95-105-115

WOD RX'd (!!!):180

KB:29
Sit-ups: 98
Row: 53

This was my first RX'd WOD! 1.5pood is HEAVY!!! Probably should have pushed way harder on the row, but was afraid of crapping out on KB swings. Great job 5:30!

Lift: 85-95-105
WOD: total 184
KB (1 pd) 71
Sit ups 19
Row 34

Today was one of those days where I felt like I could have, and should have, gone heavier. Could have gone up another 10 on the lift and RX'd on the WOD. hindsight's 20/20

Nice work 430!

Lift: 115-135-145
WOD: 232 Rx'd
Picked a # to stick with on kb's. But, could've done a couple more swings each round. Next time. Great WOD!

Wow! Reading these posts is impressive! Nice job, everyone. I skipped the heavy squats and just practiced front squats, snatches, and clean squat thrusters, or whatever those were.
Wod rx'd total of 232 I think. Not sure the breakdown. All I know is that I didn't stop once for a break.
As Doug said, nice job, 330. And Bob, way to kill those squats! 265 x 5!!

Good WOD today...
Back Squat - 95, 110, 125...5 lb. PR since 2 weeks ago.
WOD Rx'd - 214 total
KB's: 67
sit ups: 110
row: 37
I, too, felt like I was scared to go too crazy on the row, because that KB is pretty heavy! I def need to row like everyday to get better. Just not my strong point.
