Each Heat will have a limited time to warm-up.  Make great use of the time you're given after a heat has finished.
1st Heat scheduled to start about 11am
More specific heat times, warm-up times and details will be known the day of the event

Best of luck to everyone doing FGB tomorrow . So sorry I will be missing it. Stacey, mark &Nick congrats on the official grand opening of the williamstown box, cannot wait to check it out, looks amazing. From the pic's.

Great workout today.

Finished 7:10 with 30 second rest. Did 65lb x 15 for the Front Squat, everything else RX'd.

15(3),20(3),25(3),35(1),45(1),53(1)

Good luck everyone doing the FGB tomorrow, I can't wait to see some of our totals. I know we have a few 350s over there, but do we have a 400? That's a challenge to all my fellow OTG'ers. Good luck.

9:39 RX'd, first time RXing ring dips so I was happy about that.

sorry if I ruined everyone else' day, but I look at it as doing you a favor

have a change of plans and may actually be able to make it up to the grand opening tomorrow...won't know til the morning so I hope to get there

Oh jeez this was not my day ...
Highlights include falling and nearly faceplanting out of ring dips.. the fancy trapeze move that followed was a bonus.
Anyway..
WOD: 12:14 blue bands on ring dips.
Pullups: 3(green)-3(green)-1(blue and purple)-1(blue and purple).
