Awesome times as always in EHT this morning! Great coaching Joey O.!
Snatch Balance- First time doing it. Tony and I decided to start with 135. It was pretty funny. Ended up startinng at 105 and finished at 145. Loved the movement once we started doing it right!

Wod: 170 lb. 13 rounds.

I cant believe I woke up and made it to Crossfit this morning lol. Weight was 35-45-55-65-75 for snatch balance. Power clean was 115 and I did 8 rounds + 3.
