SDHP - Shin to Chin
Ring Dips - Dip starts and finishes at the top of the movement with fully extended arms. The depth is shoulders touching the rings.

Checked the post last time we did this. Enjoyed reading about "the art of negativity." Definately love the positiveness that goes on in crossfit and OTG!

Steve, don't know you since I'm just dropping in for the week in EHT, but CONGRATS!!

WOD: 14:06...ring dips did me in
40# SDHP (haven't done those in forever!...and somehow the heaviest I've done) and blue band for dips
