Uh ohh, I did the WOD from the main site yesterday. It just so happened to be OHSQ and K2B. I guess I'll be ok. Gonna try and get in at 3:30.

Thanks, Nick! All their WODS this week are from the FL sectionals. Today: Every 2 min for 4rds: 150m sprint, 5 bj burpees (20"), max kb swings (70/50lb) with time left. Score = kb total. Rx'd & scored 58 which was in upper 15 of those that did sectionals. Happy with that & had a great time. :)
