Skill:
Max Double Unders - 5 attempts 


WOD:
"The Titan"
On the minute, every minute for a 20 min max effort - complete:
2 Power Clean and Jerks 135/95lb (or 70% of 1 rep max) 
6 Burpees

Post all 5 double under attempts and total minutes completed along with partials to comments.

I am not going to make it to Woo Town tonight due to Dr. Seuss' birthday (106 today!). We have a night activity planned at the school. This workout looks amazing though!

Great workout today just me and the iPod (the iPod and I?). Went Rx and Pr'd in 20 minutes flat. Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!
If Seuss had done Burpees.
I will not do them at the gym.
I will not do them next to him.
I will not try them in the rain
Those Burpees make you look insane
So even if my workout sags,
I won't do Burpees Rags Ma Tags.

It is great to be back and workout with all of the 6:00 crew in W'town!!! Always fun. We timed it just right and came back to "Fran". LOL
Special thanks to Brett for breaking my chops---he didn't miss a beat...haha

We missed all the CF'ers at 6 and it is always electric.

WOD: Completed 20 rounds as RX'd.. When i say RX'd i mean Nick's version of RX'd(155b lbs and 6 burpees all 20 rounds).. Good job Jackie, new John, and Arrow Up

Wasn't aware of the super nick rx'd version lol but went rx'd (135 and 6 burpees) finished all 20 rounds, never less than 30 seconds rest. Mental battle from the start!! Way to push through it wayne and crush the burpees. Way to pull together 6 o clock.

where was everyone today??!! lol I did Rx'd 10 rounds of 3 burpees and 10 rounds of 6 burpees due to a last minute change. But I was def happy to kick it up a notch for the last ten.

I like going into a wod and then coach just changes it up right in the middle. ha ha Bring it on.
