I am having a Mama Bear moment,the name sometimes really does fit because I could absolutely attack when someone tries to come after things that I love! All of you come and work hard and put your heart into every workout! I may not be there to see it but I asked for play by plays from both Mark and Nick and so I feel like I'm there. I sometimes wonder how it's possible to have such an amazing community. I guess we are all searching for something great, and here we all are. I've learned a lot in the past 2 years since this whole endeavor began. We have the yin and yang and all that's in between. There are different personalities but all with big hearts and for that I am truly thankful. I will always strive to make this a great experience for everyone. Know that when you come to here, whether EHT or W'town, it will be a positve place where you can do anything. There are people who could try to taunt us and taint what we do but I will have none of that at our boxes! We don't have to prove ourselves to anyone!
I can speak for Mark and Nick (just because I can) and say how proud we are of all of you, keep working hard and going strong!!!!

I used 2 ab mats and 10 pound weight for my handstand push ups, RXd the deads, time was 8:19.

Proud to have a mama bear who defends her family. Sup OTG nation. Another great night has been shared with friends and crossfit family members. I struggled with 185lb deadlifts and used 8 abmats for my HSPU's but managed to get done in 7:15. I've got to start working on my counting skills. Time for some rocket math.

Good 2nd day back, electric class at 6 tonight. Tested the shoulder out and it felt pretty good so i just took it light and went with 1 abmat for the hspu. Rx'd the deads, finished in 4:20

Everything we do in the gym has purpose and transference. Work on what you're not good at, and they'll be nothing left to work on - but perfection.
