"The Kill"
Teams of 2-3
10 Rds
6 Burpees
9 K2E
12 Front Squats 65/45lbs
Post thoughts and time to comments.
There will be no Saturday sessions 2/6/10.
From the team of 2 or 3, one person will go through the 6,9,12 then rest, while the next person goes, and so on until it comes back to the original person that started. That is one round.
(If you're doing this by yourself, keep track of your time for each round and make each rest period equal to that round's time.)

Get the bucket ready for this one Nick.....I might need it.
Mark, be on my team?
I miss you man...
But I miss you more
... no you hang up first....
You're gonna break my stones after you ate my dust on that run yesterday??? Shame on you Bro....
Great effort today from the EHT Teams "Hit and Run" and "Not Guilty"!!
You guys need to supply a list that shows the nicknames vs. the real names of the fellow OTGers.
I'm not the smartest person in the world, but I am easily confused ...
I'm bummed that I'm missing this today!!! I think the shoulder is better (fingers crossed) but I won't know til I get in there and pick up some weight.
See you guys tomorrow!!!! Hopefully it won't be too snowy!!!!
I agree with you Chris. I hardly know who anyone is anymore.
Anyway, great WOD today in EHT. Tom and I finished with 37:04 (I think this was the longest WOD ever??!!) and we did our K2Es to the best of our ability.
Paul started on our team, sensed that maybe we were gonna lose and jumped ship over to Bambi's team who then of course won. Must be fun to be a front runner Paul.
I'm torn up from the last 3 WODs, taken the rest of the week off, see you all next week
will make a honest attempt to make it over to EHT at 4:30, only time will tell
Wait til 630 and be on my team E
OK-today was a real test. But the 9:30 crew motored through and did such an awesome job!
Jules-hope we get to team up again. It was fun & you blew through those burpees!
Do I get extra credit for doing 7 rounds of 15 OHSQ instead of 12?! What was I doing? No wonder Nick pulled Paul onto my team. I needed Breeze to make up for all the time it took to do those extra 3!
Breeze-you are K2E king. Perfect form on everything-you should make You Tube videos in your spare time.
Can't wait to see what tomorrow brings!
Get Team WOD today at EHT 930.
Steve and Tom it was great starting off with you guys, Nick made me jump ship, I'm sorry, Jules was not feeling well so I had to step in.
I was happy i was able to do the entire WOD Unbroken, hands are pretty ripped up from yesterday and today's WOD.
Bambi i'm working on my You tube video now, can you come hold the camera or are you still counting to 15?
Great coaching today Nick, Thanks for pushing us.
See everyone At Freaky Snowy Friday
ALERT ALERT ALERT ... this is an ALERT to all those Freaky Friday 9:30am er's in EHT.
I will be making an appearance next Freaky Friday, Feb. 12th for the 9:30 am class in EHT !!!
Get ready for some W'town flava !!!
Team "S.W.A.T. This!" (me and K-Pop) Rx'd with 26:08
Way to get through with the rip, buddy!
Coach, thanks for pushing us and for letting me stay to cheer on the 5:30! Way to go "Yellow Bus" and "Hot for Teacher!"
Chris, bring it! :)
I really liked the WOD today. I'm just now coming to my senses after finishing at 6:30. "Hot for Teacher's time was 30:13.
Kim you have to be happy with those K2Es! Two of your best sets were in the 8th and 10th round. Way to go!
Thanks to Rags and Slick for the encouragement.
I can't believe there might be enough snow tomorrow night to bury all the box jump platforms. Be there at 4:30.
The "Real Bro-Mance" tore through Wtown today and finished rx'd at 28:25. Great energy here tonight with a packed house! Looking forward to some much needed rest days soon!
Yeah Slick, kicked some butt today. Had a blast, thanks for being my buddy.
Sorry Mark for leaving part of my hand on your bar, yummy:)
