"Push Ups/Lunges/Wall Ball/DU"
3 min AMRAP "Jump and Switch" Lunges; 30 sec rest
2 min AMRAP Wall Ball 20/14lb; 30 sec rest
3 min AMRAP Double Unders
'Coordination' is the focus.
Slapping Push Ups - chest to deck, then push until hands leave the ground to 'slap' chest, rinse and repeat
"Jump and Switch" Lunges - Each lunge is counted per leg.

Did a few things today. Deadlift 3x5 at 225, 245, 275. Then some ohsq 5x3 at 95 105 115 125 135. Finished up with 400m row and 25 pull ups, push ups, sit ups, and squats. 4:48. Bring on the rest day! Nice to get to eht. Nice work sandy and john at 6:30. Awesome numbers
