well, w'town had to modify things a bit due to the TREMENDOUS turnout this morning (over 30 people ... top that EHT !!!) ...
seriously, we did the following ... 50 burpees, 100 sit-ups, 125 air squats, 150 kb swings, 50 burpees due to the lack of space ...
me & atlee - 18 mins flat !!!
great work today w'town !!! it was fun to watch mark do a workout, for once. thought he was gonna puke afterwards !!!
