All I wanted for Christmas was a mus-cle up, a mus-cle up, a mus-cle up. I didn't get it. Santa sucks.
The majority of my christmas gifts had to do with crossfit lol!

Michelle - Looks like those cookies are going to the Monday Coach...whoever that is?!!?...lol...and they looked delicious!!
So I'm assuming the cookies are at the gym patiently waiting for someone (me) to gobble them up.
You know my son Michael, (4 yrs old) got me a t-shirt with the cookie monster on it. He told it's because I love cookies so much. That kid is too much.
Other then that the house is a mess and the in-laws are here, wooo whoo! And I will be at work in about 3 hours, wooo whoo again :(
Can't wait till Monday to get back in the gym. Although I got my rower now so I'm all fired about that.
