no situps for me this week anymore. got the old ass berry from basics monday, didnt realize it til the shower made me aware!

All situps unbroken, as were the squats and the lunges. I broke on the Burpees though.

Nice little workout, I rather enjoyed that one.

I couldn't make this up if I tried. The guy next to me on the treadmill today was sweating off his spray tan! Why would you wear white?? Nic and Mark need to get back asap!

gotta say, i just watched rob orlando do 5-4-3-2-1. 250# thruser/500# deadlift, and want to go crawl in the corner in the fettle position
