Does that include the first minute? In other words, do you first start out at burpees, or do you do the burpees at minute 1?

You start w/ burpees and continue them at the start of every minute.

This was tough, but very much needed to flush the system after all the drinking I did yesterday.

I did 95lb as Rx'd, probably should have scaled down a little, but I like trying to Rx if I can.
